A very fast 5K with only 7 turns awaits you at the Hackensack Run on October 14th. When you finish, we'll treat you to terrific amenities, including the Hackensack Run tee, refreshments, goodie bags and a DJ.
Our 1.5 mile River Walk offers a companion event for all family members, so bring them with you. And the net proceeds benefit worthy local causes.
Hackensack is easily accessible from Route 80, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. So join us on October 14th at the 2007 Hackensack Run!

From Route
80--Take 80 East to Exit 66 (Hackensack, Little Ferry.) Turn left
at stop sign. Go 2 blocks and turn left onto Hudson Street.
Go 2 blocks and turn right onto Kennedy Street. Turn left on next
street (River.) Go 1 mile to 150 River Street (Record
Building.) Look for race parking.
From New York City--Take the George Washington Bridge
to Route 80 West (local lanes) to Exit 66 (Hackensack, Little
Ferry.) Follow above directions.
or Take the Lincoln or Holland
Tunnel to the NJ Turnpike North to Route 80 West (local lanes.)

WHO BENEFITS?
The 2007 5K will mix the old with the new. As in the past, part of the proceeds will go to providing additional funding to the Hackensack High School track program.
The Hackensack Run and THE RECORD will again be supporting ACTION AGAINST HUNGER. Runners and walkers are asked to bring cans of non-perishable food. We appreciate your help. And, the community at large will reap benefits from attending the Interactive Health Expo.
