THE EVENT
A welcome to summer! The June Moon 5K and 2k Health Walk has become an annual tradition in Somerset’s scenic Colonial Park for over 400 of the running faithful. June Moon is hosted and produced by the Central Jersey Road Runners Club, one of their four outstanding races.
Located just off Rt. 287, Colonial Park is a comfortable place to run, celebrate and be rewarded with tasty summer night refreshments, continuous DJ music and truly unique awards and prizes.
Come early for the best parking spot, bring some canned goods for the Food Bank and get ready to say goodbye to spring and hello to summer.

DIRECTIONS:
From Route 287--Take Exit 12 and turn left onto Weston Canal Road. At first
stoplight, turn left onto Cottontail lane. Continue to the T-intersection with
School House Road. Turn left and go to the intersection with Elizabeth Avenue.
Turn right. The Park is about 1.5 miles south.
From New Brunswick--Take Hamilton Street (Amwell Road) to Elizabeth Avenue. Turn right. The Park is about .9 miles on the left.
Arrive early--Parking is limited!!

The Second Chance for Animals will again reap the harvest from June Moon.
