THE EVENT
33 years and running. The Bergen County fixture known as The Terri Roemer Paramus Run is back again offering three great events, terrific amenities and a super venue. Staged at Crowne Plaza in the Paramus Park Shopping Center, the Paramus Run is known for fast times, a deep field of talented athletes of all ages and a morning full of fun.
Located just off the Garden State Parkway at exit 163, the race site is easy to get to from anywhere in northern New Jersey. And, you'll be treated to the Paramus Run long sleeve tee, a gift pack, random prize drawing and a post runners party..........

USATF certified out and back loops through tree lined neighborhoods.
10K: Flat and hills. 5K: Flat and fast.
Both course have very fast finish straightaways.

DIRECTIONS:
Garden Sate Parkway northbound to Exit 163 (
Route 17 North ). Stay to right off exit. Make right onto first Midland
Avenue exit. Make left turn at traffic light onto From Road. Follow race
parking signs.
Garden State Parkway southbound to exit 163. This will put you on Route 17
South. Exit at Century Road and use the jughandle to return on Route 17
North. Follow directions from Midland Avenue above.

Proceeds from the 2011 Terri Roemer Paramus
Run will again be used to provide scholarships for Paramus High School
students. Since 1979, over $450,000 has been granted to students wishing to
further their education.
