RUN FOR RUNAWAYS AT DUKE ISLAND PARK

THE EVENT

Hot dogs, hamburgers, gorgeous park setting, live band, multi-surface course. Did I mention the burgers? This is a fun event with something for everyone --- 5K run, 2 mile nature walk and a lollipop run for the kids. Bring the whole family for a fabulous early November morning.

Duke Island Park is an absolute winner nestled between a river and a canal. If you haven’t yet run there, please join us on November 3^rd in Bridgewater for the Run for Runaways.

WHO BENEFITS?

The Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children responds to the needs of at-risk youth. It accommodates youngsters age 13 to 17 and young adults at two Somerset County locations.

This fine organization opens its arms and hearts to children offering education, outreach and transition. The Run for Runaways helps the Somerset Home provide life skills and a future to those in need.
